• Scheduling is subject to teacher availability.
• Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed lessons without notice are charged in full.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are due prior to each lesson or monthly, as agreed. Refunds are provided at our discretion in cases of teacher cancellation or extenuating circumstances.

4. Conduct

We maintain a respectful learning environment. Harassment, recording lessons without consent, or unauthorized distribution of materials is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

Site content, lesson materials, and recordings are owned by Crescendo Violin Academy or licensors and may not be distributed without permission.

6. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
